Carlos Carrera has worked on several projects for me over the years. He has worked on my house several times and at my business. The largest project he has done for me was the complete re-model of the 301 South Broad St. location. Here, he transformed the old Mitchener's drug store into a restaurant.

During this project he not only did the painting but built walls, a kitchen, and the bathrooms. He did all the tile work and installed a drop ceiling in the office area. I highly recommend Carrrera Painting to everyone. Their work is excellent, they get things done on time, and they are diligent and professional.

"After getting several estimates for exterior painting at our home, two close friends recommended Carrera Painting. A telephone

call to Carlos was returned promptly and a visit was scheduled. He arrived at the appointed time, listened to our concerns, and was very thorough in recommending the work to be done. Within a couple of days we had received an email estimate.

The beginning of the work was delayed several weeks due to rainy weather. At the appointed time, the crew of Carrera Painting arrived promptly and worked carefully and efficiently to power-wash, prepare, and paint the portico, pergola, and deck. It was obvious that they all took great pride in their craft, even to the smallest detail. At the end of each work day the member of the crew left our property just as they had found it. They seemed more like guests than workers at our home. While it may not have been necessary with such a fine crew, Carlos made regular visits to confirm that everything was being done properly. At the end of the project, everything was put back in place. The final visit to our home was by Carlos who wanted to be sure that we were pleased with the results.

We could not be more pleased with the work that Carrera Painting did at our home. My only recommendation to Carlos would be that he change the name of his company from "Carrera Painting" to "Carrera Painting Service," for they have discovered a lost value
